摘要
高温性能是浇注式沥青混凝土的薄弱环节.采用南非MLS66型加速加载设备,对港珠澳大桥拟采用的两种英国体系浇注式沥青(MA)钢桥面铺装结构进行大型直道高温性能加速加载试验.结果表明,用德国GA工艺生产的MA(即GMA)铺装结构高温性能可以达到甚至略优于英国传统工艺生产的MA铺装结构高温性能,采用GMA工艺解决了今后实桥桥面铺装施工时的生产工效问题,同时GMA浇注式沥青混凝土的性能可以达到英国标准体系要求.
The mastic asphalt (MA) has a weak high-temperature performance. In the investigation, the high-tem- perature performance of two kinds of British-style MA steel bridge deck pavements to be used in Hong Kong-Zhuhai- Macao Bridge was tested under accelerated load by using MLS66. The results show that ( 1 ) the MA produced with German-style GA craft, namely GMA, is equivalent or even superior to that produced with the traditional British- style craft in terms of the high-temperature performance; and (2) GMA can solve the real production ergonomics problems of bridge deck pavements, and the MA performance can meet the British-style standard.
