左旋甲状腺素片治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退

Levothyroxine therapy combined with hypothyroidism in pregnancy

目的观察左旋甲状腺素片治疗妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退的疗效。方法选取我院2010年1月-2012年12月间筛查出的60例妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者,愿意接受左旋甲状腺素片治疗的30例患者为观察组,均给予左旋甲状腺素片治疗,其余30例不愿接受治疗的患者为对照组。观察比较两组患者的妊娠结局。结果在阴道产例、妊娠期高血压发生例、妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积发生例、妊娠期糖代谢异常发生例、新生儿畸形发生例、新生儿窒息发生例、胎死宫中发生例、极低体质量儿发生例、新生儿并发症发生例方面比较,观察组明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠合并甲状腺功能减退患者给予左旋甲状腺素片治疗,可有效降低妊娠合并症和并发症的发生率,改善不良妊娠结局。

Objective： To investigate the efficacy of levothyroxine treatment of pregnant women with hypothyroidism.Methods： Sixty cases of patients with pregnancy complicated hypothyroidism in our hospital in 2012 January- 2012 year in December were selected and divided into the observation group and control group according to the different treatment methods,with 30 cases of patients in each group. Patients in the observation group received the conventional treatment based on the given levothyroxine treatment,while the control group were only given conventional treatment. The two groups were compared to observe the results. Results： The observation group was better than the control group,and there was statistical significance（ P〈 0. 05） in the vaginal birth,cesarean section cases,cases of pregnancy induced hypertension cases,intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy cases,abnormal glucose metabolism during pregnancy cases,neonatal malformation cases,neonatal asphyxia,fetal death cases in the palace,and very low weight infants with neonatal complications. Conclusion：Levothyroxine tablets is significant in the treatment of pregnancy complicated hypothyroidism,and it is worthy of popularization and application.
