重度上睑下垂应用额肌筋膜悬吊术治疗的疗效分析

Analysis of curative effect on severe blepharoptosis treated by Suspension of frontal aponeurosis

目的观察重度上睑下垂应用额肌筋膜悬吊术治疗的临床疗效。方法资料随机选取2009年12月-2013年12月在本院诊治的72例重度上睑下垂患者,随机平均分为对照组和研究组,每组各36例,给予对照组提上睑肌缩短术进行治疗,给予研究组应用额肌筋膜悬吊术进行治疗,记录并分析两组相关情况。结果治疗后,研究组显效率明显高于对照组,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);无任何并发症。结论重度上睑下垂应用额肌筋膜悬吊术疗效显著,值得临床推广。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect on severe blepharoptosis treated by suspension of frontal aponeurosis. Methods： The data were randomly selected from 72 cases of severe blepharoptosis patients from 2009 December to 2013 December in our hospital for treatment,and the patients were randomly divided into the control group and the study group with 36 cases in each group. The control group received levator shortening operation treatment while the research group had frontalis aponeurosis suspension for treatment,and the elated condition of two groups was recorded and analyzed. Results： After the treatment,the significant efficiency of the study group was much higher than that in control group,there was statistically significant difference（ P〈 0. 05）. No complications occurred. Conclusion： The therapeutic effect of severe blepharoptosis treated by frontalis aponeurosis suspension is remarkable,and it is worthy of the clinical promotion.
