摘要
以对硝基苯甲酸和乙醇为原料,以阳离子交换树脂(R)和浓硫酸为联合催化剂,在回流状态下,催化合成了对硝基苯甲酸乙酯。研究了酸醇的用量、催化剂用量、反应时间三因素对产率的影响,实验条件为:酸3.4g,乙醇23mL,催化剂R用量为0.5g,硫酸1.5mL,反应时间2h,产率达到96.5%。
p-Nitro-ethyl Benzoate was synthesized with 4-nitrobenzoic acid and ethaol by combined catalyst. The effects of the catalyst amount, reaction ratio, reaction time on the yield of p-Nitro-ethyl Benzoate were discussed. The results showed that the condition are the weight of catalyst:0.5 g R and 1.5 mL H2SO4, The weight of acid and alcohol: 3.4g, 23 mL, the reaction time :2 h, the yield of the production was 96.5%.
