摘要
运用CATIA软件建立了一种专用挂车的三维模型,导入到ADAMS软件中,建立了模型各个部件的约束关系,并计算了挂车以15 km/h起步时牵引杆受牵引车牵引产生的水平振动加速度。针对原牵引杆结构造成牵引冲击过大的缺陷,设计了碟形弹簧的缓冲机构,对牵引杆的结构进行优化,仿真并验证了缓冲机构的可行性,最终将牵引杆起步产生的水平振动降低了26%,优化了挂车的起步性能,提高了牵引杆的疲劳寿命。
This paper established the three - dimensional model of a special trailer using CATIA soft- ware, and it also imported that into the ADAMS software, set up the constraint relationship between the parts in the model and calculated the horizontal vibration acceleration of the trailer produced by the tractor traction when it started with 15 km/h. Due to the defect that the original traction rod structure caused too much traction shock, the paper designed the disc spring buffer mechanism to optimize the structure of the traction rod, simulated and verified the feasibility of buffering mecha- nism, eventually the horizontal vibration produced due to the start of the traction rod was reduced by 26% , which optimized the starting performance of the trailer and enhanced the fatigue life of the traction rod.
