摘要
微耕机由于体积小巧,多用于山地和丘陵地区的农业耕作,但是现在大多数微耕机是靠人力操作调节耕深,不能保证耕深的稳定和一致性.设计一种用于微耕机的耕深自动调节系统,稳定地控制耕地时的耕深,系统主要由检测装置、控制装置和执行机构组成.检测机构通过角度传感器实时检测耕深,控制装置通过对检测信号进行分析处理并计算出实际耕深,根据其与目标耕深的差值控制执行机构调节耕深而达到预定目标.
With the advantage of small size ,the micro-tiller has mainly been used for farming in mountain-ous and hilly areas .However ,mainly relying on manual operation and the function of actuator for adjust-ment on the plowing depth ,most of existing tillers have problems in maintaining stability and consistency of the depths while farming .An automatic control system ,which is mainly for accurately and stably adjus-ting the depths in the plowing situation ,has been presented in this paper .The system consists of 3 parts , including detectors ,control units and actuators .Detectors achieve the real-time monitoring with potenti-ometers ,and the data from detectors would be analyzed by the control units ,in order to figure out the plo-wing depth as the real-time value .By comparing with the real-time value and the ideal one ,consequent logical operation would take place in control units .Then certain orders would be sent to the actuator for the adjustment on the plowing depth .
