生活事件和防御方式对大学新生心理健康的影响

The Influence of Life Events and Defense Mechanism on Mental Health of the Freshmen

运用症状自评量表(SCL90)、青少年生活事件问卷(ASLEC)和防御方式问卷(DSQ)对5 946名大学新生进行测试,探析大学新生生活事件和防御方式对心理健康的影响.研究结果显示,生活事件和防御方式与心理健康的相关系数分别是0.551(p<0.01),0.462(p<0.01);心理健康的前3个影响因素是人际关系、不成熟防御和学习压力,分别解释总变异的26.6%,12.2%和3.4%;生活事件、不成熟防御、中间型防御和掩饰因子对心理健康的主效应有统计学意义,F值分别为439.297,244.978,57.052,64.501,p<0.001;防御方式在生活事件和心理健康之间起部分中介作用,中介效应为23.4%.

To explore the influence of life events and defense mechanism on mental health of freshmen .Dif-ferent questionnaires like ASLEC （Adolescents Self-Rating Life Events Checklist ） ,DSQ （Defense Style Questionnaire） and SCL90 （Symptom Checklist 90） have been applied to the annual survey among 5 946 students .Based on the above survey ,it is concluded that there is a significant negative correlation between life events and mental health , between defense mechanism and mental health （ r = 0 .551＊ ＊ , r = 0 . 462＊ ＊ ） .The major factors affecting the mental health of the interpersonal relationship ,immature defense mechanism and academic stress （26 .6% ,12 .2% and 3 .4% of the whole variance） .Life events ,imma-ture defense mechanisms ,intermediate defense mechanism and concealed defense mechanism had signifi-cant main effect on mental health （F=439.297 , P〈0.001 ;F=244.978 , P〈 0.001;F=57.052 , P〈0.001 ;F= 64.501 , P〈 0.001） .Defense mechanism plays a intermediary role between life events and mental health .
