摘要
110 k V李家埠变电站在进行合环调电时,由于断路器装置出现问题,断路器非全相运行,最终造成绝缘击穿,断路器损坏。通过对故障分析,明确故障经过,并对电网的安全运行和技术管理提出一些建议,提高电网管控水平。
In the process of power dispatching by ring closing in a substation,open-phase operation led to insulation breakdown of the 110 k V breaker.The accident is described based on thorough analysis of the fault.Some suggestions for safe operation and technical management of the power grid are put forward in order to improve management of power grid.
