摘要
重力供液制冷系统在制冷行业中占有重要地位,因此对重力供液制冷系统及效率的研究有十分现实的意义。而蒸发器在制冷系统中占有这不可或缺的重要地位,蒸发器面积的改变将对制冷效率有巨大的影响。本文主要对重力供液系统中蒸发器面积对制冷系统效率的影响进行分析,通过visualbasic软件仿真计算,模拟出蒸发器面积的改变对制冷系统传热系数、传热温差以及制冷量的影响,并加以实验进行验证,从而确定通过改变蒸发器面积达到优化制冷系统效率的可行性。
Gravity feed liquid cooling system occupies an important position in the refrigeration industry, so research the gravity for liquid cooling system and efficiency has a very real sense. The evaporator occupies an important position in a refrigeration system, therefore changes in the area of the evaporator will have a huge impact on cooling efficiency. In this paper, mainly carries on the analysis for the influence on the efficiency of the refrigeration system for gravity, by visual basic simulation software to simulate the impact of changes in the area of the evaporator heat transfer coefficient of the cooling system, heat transfer and temperature difference between the cooling capacity, and to validate the experiment to determine the feasibility of the evaporator by varying the area of the cooling system efficiency optimization.
