摘要
以气候变化的最新科学进展和国际国内碳减排形势为背景,分析了二氧化碳捕集、利用与封存(CCUS)技术的作用、特点以及我国煤基能源体系未来发展趋势、特点及面临的主要约束,认为在经济转型、能源革命、大气环境治理以及应对气候变化挑战等时代命题集中到来的新形势下,CCUS技术对于保障我国煤基能源低碳可持续发展的潜力巨大,且二者具有较大互补性和契合度,促进二者协同耦合发展对于保障国家能源安全、实现大气环境治理以及达成气候变化目标都具有重要意义。
Based on the update scientific progress of the climate changes and the international and domestic carbon emission reduction situation as the background, the paper analyzed the role and features of the CCUS technology as well as the future development tendency, features and faced main restrictions of China coal-base energy. Under the new situation of the economic transformation, energy revolution, atmospheric environment control, faced climate change challenge and other time proposition concentration coming, the paper held that the CCUS technology would have great potential to protect the sustainable development of the low carbon for China coal-based energy, the CCUS technology and the low carbon protection would have great complementary and fitting and would promote the both coordinative and coupling development with the important significances to the protection of the national energy security, the realization of the atmospheric environment control and the agreement of the climate change target.
