Analysis on Business Development of Finance Company in Coal Industry under Present Economic Situation

受全球经济下行影响,能源行业需求严重不足,导致全球煤炭市场供给过剩,国际煤炭价格普遍大幅下降,国内煤炭供大于求的局面已成定局,煤炭行业从快速增长期逐步进入平台期,企业经营面临严峻挑战。然而,当前形势下带来的并非全是困难与挑战,也伴随着利于煤炭企业发展的机遇。基于对国内外经济、行业形势,以及对煤炭企业发展的挑战与机遇分析,对煤炭企业在当前形势下的金融需求进行了研究,提出了煤企类财务公司支持集团发展的几点业务规划。

Under the influences of the globe economic downturn, the demand of the energy industry was seriously insufficient and a supply surplus of the globe coal market was occurred. Thus the international coal price was highly reduced generally. A situation of the domestic coal supply exceeded the demand was the case, the coal industry would be in a plane table period steadily from a rapid increasing period and the operations of the coal enterprises would face a serious challenge. However, the condition from the present situation would not only be the difficulty and challenge, but would bring the occasion favorable to the development of the coal enterprises. Based on the domestic and international economic and industrial situation as well as on the analysis on challenge and occasion to the development of the coal enterprises, the paper had a study on the financial requirement of the coal enterprises under present situation and provided several business planning of the finance company in the coal enterprise to support the group development according to those requirements.
