Development and Application of Full Process Monitoring and Control System to Mine Goods and Materials Flow

根据煤矿生产的特点,开发了物资材料流动的全过程监控系统。该系统包含了依据定额的物资材料需求计划编制、计划审批、存库管理、出入库管理、现场使用管理、修旧利废、绩效评价与考核、定额修订等全过程的监控体系,保证了物资材料流动过程中的可追溯性,实现了物资材料的精细化管理。通过实践证明,企业取得了良好的经济效益。

Based on the production features of the coal mine, a full process monitoring and control system of the goods and material flow was developed. The system was including the planning, planning approval, inventory management, in and out warehouse management, site application management, repair and utilization, performance evaluation and assessment, quota amendment and other full process monitoring and control system, could ensure the traceability of the goods and material flow process and could realize a fine management of the goods and material. The practices showed that good economic benefits were obtained.
