摘要
介绍了煤炭物流企业异地子公司发展过程中面临的一些情况和问题,结合冀中能源国际物流集团实际,具体从构建风险防范制度体系等方面进行管控,提高异地子公司内部管理水平,并提出解决问题的方法和策略,以期给煤炭企业提供参考。
The paper introduced several conditions and problems occurred in the development process of the subsidiary company in different place of coal logistics enterprise. In combination with actual condition of Jizhong Energy International Logistics Group, the paper introduced how to build the risk prevention system, how to improve the internal management level of the subsidiary company and the method and strategy to solve the problems in order to provide reference values to the colleagues coal enterprise.
