摘要
对全氟聚醚酸减压蒸馏过程中导致设备严重腐蚀的原因进行了分析,并提出了相应的对策,为以后生产设备的选材、设计、现场操作及设备管理提供理论依据。
The corrosion occurred in the vacuum distillationin unit of perfluoropolyether acid production are analyzed,and some corresponding countermeasures are put forward. In the meantime,this paper provides the theoretical basis for later manufacturing facilities work in material election,design,site operations and equipment management,etc.
