齐墩果酸对小鼠急性肝脏氧化损伤治疗作用研究

摘要 目的建立肝脏急性氧化损伤模型,观察齐墩果酸对小鼠肝脏氧化损伤的治疗作用。方法 3 m L/kg四氯化碳(CCl4)腹腔注射,24 h后给予齐墩果酸灌胃,干预2 d后处死小鼠。检测肝脏脏器系数、病理改变、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果齐墩果酸未拮抗CCl4引起的SOD含量降低以及MDA含量升高(P>0.05),也未能减轻小鼠肝组织的损伤程度。结论 CCl4诱导小鼠急性肝脏氧化损伤以后,再给予齐墩果酸治疗,效果不佳。 Objective To establish an acute liver oxidative damage model and investigate the therapeutical effects of oleanolic acid on mouse modell. Methods The mice were injected with carbon tetrachloride at the dose of 3 m L / kg.After 24 hours,they were gavagedwith oleanolic acid once every day. After Two days,the mice were sacrificed to measure their liver indexes,pathological changes,superoxide dismutase( SOD) activity and malondialdehyde( MDA)content in liver. Results Oleanolic acid treatment exhibited no significant inhibition effect on the decrease in SOD activity and increase in MDA content( P〉0. 05),and failed to reduce the extent of damage in liver. Conclusion It is anineffective treatment with oleanolic acid for CCl4-induced acute liver oxidative damage in mice.
