摘要
目的:探讨CT(计算机断层扫描)及MR(核磁共振)在急性膝关节损伤中的应用价值。方法:对所有患者进行CT和MR两项检查,并对两项检查结果进行对比分析。结果:MR检查的损伤检出率明显高于CT检查,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在急性膝关节损伤中,与CT检查相比,应用MR检查可以对组织损伤情况进行更为全面的反映,其诊断结果更加准确,其在临床治疗、预后判断中有着重要意义。
Objective：To study the CT（computed tomography） and MR（magnetic resonance） in patients with acute knee injury.Methods：All patients were given CT and MR check,and the check results were analyzed.Results：MR examination of the damage detection rate was significantly higher than CT examination,P〈0.05,statistically significant difference.Conclusion：In acute knee injuries,compared with the CT examination,the application of MR imaging tissue injury can be a more comprehensive reflection of its diagnostic results more accurate,and its clinical treatment,prognosis is of great significance.
