探讨120例急性膝关节损伤的CT与MR对照分析 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨CT(计算机断层扫描)及MR(核磁共振)在急性膝关节损伤中的应用价值。方法:对所有患者进行CT和MR两项检查,并对两项检查结果进行对比分析。结果:MR检查的损伤检出率明显高于CT检查,P<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。结论:在急性膝关节损伤中,与CT检查相比,应用MR检查可以对组织损伤情况进行更为全面的反映,其诊断结果更加准确,其在临床治疗、预后判断中有着重要意义。 Objective:To study the CT(computed tomography) and MR(magnetic resonance) in patients with acute knee injury.Methods:All patients were given CT and MR check,and the check results were analyzed.Results:MR examination of the damage detection rate was significantly higher than CT examination,P〈0.05,statistically significant difference.Conclusion:In acute knee injuries,compared with the CT examination,the application of MR imaging tissue injury can be a more comprehensive reflection of its diagnostic results more accurate,and its clinical treatment,prognosis is of great significance.
