重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗局部烧烫伤的疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Recombinant Bovine Basic Fibroblast Growth Factor Gel for Treatment Mild Burns

目的:评价重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗局部烧烫伤的疗效和安全性。方法:根据本研究的纳入与排除标准,选取Ⅱ°烧烫伤患者120例,随机分为重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶组(治疗组)60例和碘伏组(对照组)60例,进行随机对照试验。两组病例均每日治疗1次,疗程3周。结果:治疗组对深Ⅱo烧烫伤的疗效和在缩短痊愈患者的时间方面均优于对照组(P<0.05),疗效的差异有统计学意义。临床观察中未发现毒副作用和不良反应。结论:重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子外用凝胶治疗局部烧烫伤安全有效。

Objective：To assess the efficacy and safety of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel for treatment mild burns.Methods：120 patients of mild burns were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,60 patients in each group.The treatment group were treated with recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel,and control group with iodophor thimerosal.21 days later,their therapeutic effects were observed.Results：Treatment group in the treatment burns deep burns and shorten the recovery time of patients were better than the control group,there with a significant difference between the two groups,P〈0.05.No adverse effect was found in the observation.Conclusion：Efficacy and safety of recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor gel for treatment mild burns.
