循证药学在促进临床合理应用抗生素中的作用分析

Analysis on the Role of Evidence-based Clinical Pharmacy Promoting Rational Use of Antibiotics

目的：分析循证药学在促进临床合理应用抗生素中的作用。方法：选取我院2010年3月~2012年4月间收治的需要应用碳青霉烯类抗生素进行治疗的患者200例为研究对象进行分析,随机分为对照组和研究组,遵循循证药学原则在知网、维普、万方、中国期刊等数据库等内进行检索,得到共39篇文献,以此为依据进行分析,制定治疗方案展开治疗。结果：应用循证医学治疗方案的研究组患者治疗有效率高于对照组,复发率、肝功损害发生率低于对照组,对比差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：应用循证要学指导临床抗生素应用有助于提升其合理性,对于减少抗生素滥用带来的负面影响有积极作用。

Objective：To analyze the clinical evidence-based pharmacy in promoting rational use of antibiotics in rats.Methods：A hospital in March 2010 between-2012 admitted April carbapenem antibiotics need to be applied for treatment of 200 patients were analyzed for the study were randomly divided into a control group and study group,follow the consultation card pharmacy principles within CNKI,VIP,Articles,Chinese periodicals and other databases,such as search,get a total of 39 documents,as a basis for analysis,a treatment plan to start treatment.Results：The study group patients with medical treatment consultation card programs have higher efficiency of treatment,the recurrence rate,incidence of liver damage than the control group,the difference was statistically significant contrast（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical consultation card to learn antibiotics help to improve its rationality,to reduce the negative effects caused by the abuse of antibiotics has a positive effect.
