失效模式与效应分析在消毒供应中心器械清洗中的应用

The application of failure mode and effects analysis in central sterile supply equipment cleaning

目的:探讨失效模式与效应分析(FMEA)在消毒供应中心器械清洗中的应用效果。方法:2010年1月至2013年12月组建FEMA团队,在消毒供应室器械清洗过程中应用FMEA模式,并分析FMEA实施前后供应室管理质量评分、风险事件发生情况、科室护士及医生对器械清洗的满意度。结果:与实施前相比,实施后冲洗不彻底、器械生锈、清洗流程错误、器械处理不及时、精密仪器损耗、未按步骤消毒等失效模式的RPN值显著下降;科室护士、医生对器械清洗满意率显著提高,差异有统计学意义(<0.05)。结论:FMEA模式能有效提高消毒供应室管理质量,降低器械清洗过程中的风险,提高器械清洗质量。

Objective： To investigate the application results of failure mode and effects analysis（FMEA） in central sterile supply of cleaning equipment. Methods：The FEMA team were established from January 2010 to December 2013.FMEA application mode in sterile supply room equipment cleaning process,and analyze the supply room management quality score before and after the implementation of FMEA risk event occurs, the department nurses and doctors cleaning equipment satisfaction. Results： The RPN values of completely rinsed, rusty equipment, cleaning process errors, not timely processing equipment, precision instruments, loss, failure to step after implementation were decreased than previous implementation.Conclusion： FMEA model can effectively improve the sterile supply room management quality and reduce the risks involved in cleaning equipment, cleaning equipment to improve quality.
