摘要
介绍了医院将临床技能操作考核纳入卫生专业技术人员晋升高级职称评审的做法,就考核方法进行了详细阐述,并就考核中暴露出的基本功不够扎实、知识面较窄等问题进行了分析,提出了增加临床技能考核的知识面、题库题量、考核项目细化、晋升后人员跟踪管理等等解决措施。
