摘要
水资源是制约铁镰山区农业生产的主要因素。本文对铁镰山区集雨水窖工程建设技术、运行管理及推广应用等进行了论述。
Water resource is the restricting factor of agricultural production in Tielianshan.Technology for the construction of water-collection cellar was illustrated in terms of the construction,operation and extension.
