喜炎平注射液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的经济学评价

Economics Evaluation of Xiyanping Injection in the Treatment of Infant Rotavirus Enteritis

目的:探讨喜炎平注射液治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎的有效性、经济性、合理性,从而指导临床合理用药。方法:将通过严格的文献筛选将婴幼儿肠炎病人分成五组,运用药物经济学方法进行成本-效果分析。结果:5组成本分别为358.58元、375.31元、375.6元、30.6元、369.48元;有效率分别为78%、92.5%、94.59%、68.75%、93.4%;成本-效果比分别为4.60、4.06、3.97、0.45、3.96;A,B,C,E方案相对于D方案的增量成本-效果比分别为35.46、14.51、13.35、13.75。结论:治疗婴幼儿轮状病毒肠炎联合使用喜炎平注射液,微生态制剂和病毒唑治疗为最佳治疗方案。

Objective： To evaluate the efficacy and safety and rationality of xiyanping injection in the treatment of infant rotavirus enteritis.Methods： The patients of infant rotavirus enteritis were devided into five groups, and the cost-effect of these groups were analysised by the pharmacoeconomics.Results：The costs of these five groups were 358.58yuan,375.31yuan,375 .6yuan,30.6yuan,369.48yuan;the effective rates of it were 78%,92.5%,94.59%,68.75%,93.4%; the cost-effective rations were 4.60,4.06,3.97,0.45,3.96.Conclusion：The combination of Xiyanping injection and microecologics and virazole was the best treatment for the infant rotavirus enteritis.
