甘露聚糖肽口服液治疗中老年反复呼吸道感染的临床观察

Clinical Study on Mannatide in Treating with Elder Patients with Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection

目的:观察甘露聚糖肽口服液用于防治中老年人反复发作的呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:96例反复发生呼吸道感染的中老年患者,按随机数字表法进行随机分组,分别为对照组和治疗组,治疗组患者给予抗感染及对症治疗基础上服用甘露聚糖肽口服液,对照组患者给予抗感染及对症治疗基础上服用匹多莫德口服液,连用8周。结果:两组比较临床疗效无统计学差异(P>0.05),但在临床主症和体征消失所需时间和抗生素用量方面,治疗组优势较为显著(P<0.05)。随访1年治疗组患者感染复发次数较对照组显著降低(P<0.05)。治疗结束时,治疗组患者血清IgG、IgA、IgM水平较对照组升高更为显著(P<0.05),并且两组中性粒细胞比例比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:甘露聚糖肽口服液能增强反复呼吸道感染中老年患者免疫功能,缩短临床主症治愈时间,降低呼吸道感染发病率。

Objective： To observe the clinical efifcacy of mannatide to treat elder patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection. Methods：96 cases of elder patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection were divided into control and treatment groups by the random table number.Based on the anti-infective and symptomatic treatment, the treatment group was added Mannatide oral liquid, and the control group was added pidotimod oral liquid, applied for 8 weeks.Results：Compared to the control group, the clinical efifcacy of the two groups showed no signiifcant difference （P〉0.05）, while the disappearing time of main clinical symptoms and signs, and the usage of antibiotics in the treatment group were significantly more advantages （P〈0.05）.The relapse number of recurrent infections of treatment group was signiifcantly lower than the control group 1-year follow-up after treatment （P〈0.05）. At the end of treatment, serum IgG, IgA, IgM levels of patients in treatment group increased more signiifcantly than control group （P〈0.05）, and the proportion of neutrophils of two groups showed statistically signiifcant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Mannatide oral liquid can enhance immune function in elderly patients with recurrent respiratory tract infection, shorten healing time of main clinical symptoms, and reduce the incidence of respiratory tract infections.
