新建医院呼吸科肺炎住院患者血培养结果临床分析

Clinical Analysis of a New Hospital Patients with Blood Culture Results in Department of Respiration Pneumonia

目的:初步分析新建医院肺炎住院患者血培养阳性率。方法:参照卫生部的肺炎诊疗指南及临床路径,选取81例肺炎住院患者,其中38例患者符合血培养检查条件,分析血培养阳性率结果及影响因素。结果:38例肺炎住院患者行血培养检查,结果只有1例血培养报告阳性。结论:新建医院需重视肺炎患者病原学检查。

Objective： A preliminary analysis of blood culture positive rate in pneumonia patients be in new hospital. Methods： Get a selection of 81 cases of pneumonia in hospital patients,with reference to the ministry of health diagnosis and treatment guidelines and the clinical pathway for pneumonia,and 38 patients with blood culture were match the inspection condition, analysis the blood culture and influence factors were positive. Result： Only 1 report was positive in 38 cases of blood culture in pneumonia patients. Conclusion： We should pay attention to the examine of pathogeny in pneumonia patients.
