医院工作场所暴力对护士工作压力影响的因素分析

Analysis of Influence Factors by Workplace Violence on the Nurses Work Pressure in Hospital

目的:探讨医院工作场所暴力对护士工作压力的影响因素。方法:对我院的所有在职护士使用医院工作场所暴力调查表和护士工作压力源表,进行调查分析。结果:医院工作场所暴力总发生率为70.68%。遭受暴力组护士的工作压力5个维度得分均高于未遭受暴力组护士(P均<0.05)。结论:护士在医院工作场所遭受暴力的风险较高,对护士的工作压力造成了严重影响,需采取相关措施减少医院工作场所暴力的发生。

Objective： To investigate the development rate and effect of workplace violence in hospital against nurses work pressure. Methods：Using the questionnaire of hospital workplace violence and the source table of nurses job stress, to investigate and analyse all nurses in our hospital. Results：The total occurrence rate of workplace violence in our hospital was 70.68%. The 5 dimension scores of nurse working pressure in workplace violence group were all higher than non of wokplace violence group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The nurse in the hospital have a higher risk of workplace violence,caused serious influence on the nurse work pressure,it is necessary to take relevant mersures to reduce the incidence of workplace violence.
