糖尿病肾病血液透析患者的护理观察

Observation and Nursing Care of Hemodialysis in Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:分析护理干预在糖尿病肾病血液透析中的应用价值。方法:糖尿病肾病患者84例随机分成观察组(42例)和对照组(42例),观察组行护理干预,对照组行常规护理,观察两组患者的护理质量。结果:观察组患者低血糖、低血压、眼底出血、感染的发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:糖尿病肾病患者行血液透析治疗期间,加强对患者的护理干预,能够降低其并发症发生几率,提高护理满意度。

Objective： To analyze the value of application of nursing intervention in diabetic nephropathy in hemodialysis. Methods： 84 cases of patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group（42 cases） and control group（42 cases） and the observation group received nursing intervention, the control group received routine nursing care, observation and nursing quality of two groups of patients. Results： The observation group patients with hypoglycemia, hypotension, retinal hemorrhage, infection rate was significantly lower than that of the control group（P〈0.05）. The observation group satisfaction rate was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Diabetic patients with nephropathy hemodialysis during treatment, strengthen the nursing intervention for patients, can reduce the complication incidence, improve nursing satisfaction.
