情景培训对提高体检中心护士应急能力的效果研究

Effects of Scene Training on Improving the Emergency Ability of the Nurses in Physical Examination Center

目的：探讨情景培训对提高体检中心护士应急能力的应用效果。方法：对2011年10月~2013年12月在某三甲综合性医院体检中心30名护士进行应急能力的情景培训,培训前后对护士的应急能力进行评价。结果：情景培训后体检中心护士应急方面的理论知识和实践处理能力考核成绩均明显高于培训前（P〈0.01）。结论：情景培训能显著提高体检中心护士的应急能力。

Objective： ETo explore the effects of scene training on improving the emergency ability of the nurses in physical examination center. Methods： From October 2011 to December 2013,totally 30 nurses in physical examination center received the scene training in the emergency ability.The emergency ability was compared between before and after training. Results： Emergency theory and emergency handing ability of the nurses in physical examination center were higher than before training（P0.01）. Conclusion：The scene training can effectively improve the emergency ability of the nurses in physical examination center.
