摘要
采用培养皿法,探讨了解草啶浸种、解草啶与乙草胺混用解除油菜对乙草胺药害的解毒作用。结果表明:在乙草胺浓度为50mg/L时,对根长、芽长、单株鲜重的抑制作用分别为34.3%、36.13%、33.12%,且抑制作用随着乙草胺浓度的增加而增强。当用解草啶处理后能在一定程度上减轻乙草胺对油菜的药害,其中解草啶浸种浓度为50mg/L、乙草胺施用浓度为200mg/L时,对油菜根、油菜芽、单株鲜重的恢复率分别为3.63%、13.14%、7.16%。当解草啶浓度为100mg/L与200mg/L的乙草胺混用时,对油菜根、油菜芽、单株鲜重的恢复率分别为13.85%、36.73%、21.45%。说明解草啶浸种、解草啶与乙草胺混用时均能一定程度地保护油菜免受乙草胺的药害,但解草啶与乙草胺混用的效果优于解草啶浸种的。
The detoxifications effects of fenclorim on phytotoxicity of acetochlor to rape,with soaking seed or mixing with acetochlor,were assayed in culture dishes.The results showed that when the acetochlor concentration was 50mg/L,the inhibitory effect of acetochlor to rape root,shoot,and fresh weight were 34.3%,36.13%,33.12%respectively and the inhibition ratios increased with the increase of acetochlor concentration.After being treated with fenclorim,the phytotoxicity of acetochlor to rape could be relieved to some degree.When the rape seed was soaked by 50mg/L fenclorim and the acetochlor concentration was 200mg/L,the recovery rates of the rape root,shoot,and fresh weigh were 3.63%,13.14%,7.16% respectively.When the fenclorim concentration was100mg/L mixed with 200mg/L acetochlor,the recovery rates of rape root,shoot and fresh weight were 13.85%,36.73%,21.45% respectively.It turned out that fenclorim with different ways,seed-soaking and mixing with acetochlor,could relieve the phytotoxity of acetochlor to the growth of rape to some degree,but the detoxification effect of fenclorim by mixing with acetochlor was more effective than seed-soaking.
