低丘缓坡地的开发利用已成为丘陵地区城市土地资源用地发展的新课题。因生态敏感性高、城建成本大、利用技术复杂等原因,低丘缓坡地开发的规划设计面临较大挑战。以宜都市高新技术产业园区规划为例,探讨了在丘陵地区规划"生态嵌入型"工业园区的设计思路和合理方法。
It has become a new theme for the land development of low mound and gentle slope in hilly area.The planner must face the challenges of ecological sensitivity,high investment,complex techniques,etc.Take the planning of HI-TEC industrial zone in Yidu City as example,the scientific method and design methodology about eco-embedded programming for industrial parks in hilly area were discussed.
