摘要
2-氨基-4-硝基苯酚重氮化后,分别在酸性和碱性条件下与N-苯基-2-氨基-5-萘酚-7-磺酸偶合,得到偶氮物A和偶氮物B;6-硝基-1,2,4-酸氧体与2-萘酚偶合得到偶氮物C;偶氮物C和氧化铬络合反应得到络合物D;络合物D再与偶氮物A、偶氮物B在碱性条件下反应得到黑色非对称1∶2金属络合染料(酸性黑ACE)。本文介绍了该染料的化学结构及合成方法。
2-Amino-4-nitrophenol was diazotized and coupled with N-phenyl-2-amino-5-naphthol-7-sulfonic acid in acidic or alkaline conditions,azo compound A and azo compound B were obtained,respectively. 6-Nitro-1 2 4-diazo acid coupled with β-naphthol,and azo compound C was dotained,compound C reacted with chromium oxide to afford a complex D. Then the black asymmetric 1 ∶ 2metal complex dye( Acid Black ACE) was obtained by the reaction of D with A and B in alkaline conditions. The structure and synthesis of Acid Black ACE was discussed.
