摘要
本论文以沙柳作为研究对象,以苯酚为液化剂进行液化得到液化产物多元酚,并对液化产物做树脂化处理,然后对其进行发泡获得一种新型的发泡材料。研究结果表明:(1)沙柳液化最佳工艺为:液比为6∶1,催化剂加入量为5%,时间为130min,温度为150℃。(2)发泡效果最佳的树脂化工艺条件是:甲醛与液化物摩尔比为1.5,催化剂Na OH与液化产物摩尔比0.5,温度75℃。(3)从红外光谱图中得出:木素大分子发生降解生成苯基、羟基等,并且与苯酚发生取代反应。
In this thesis,salix as the research object and phenol as liquefier to get the polyphenol,then the resinification reaction was conducted using liquefied products,finally foamed the phenolic resin to obtain a new fomed material. The results were as follow:( 1)Best optimum of Salix liquefaction processes: liquid ratio,6 ∶ 1; catalyst concentration,5%; reaction time,130min; temperature,150℃.( 2) The best conditions of foam resin: the molar ratio of formaldehyde and liquefied,1. 5; the molar ratio of Na OH and liquefied,0. 5; reaction temperature,75℃.( 3) FTIR analysis demonstrated that ligin is degraded into phenyl,hydroxyl and substitution with phynol.
