摘要
利用热重-差热(TG-DTA)热分析法研究了向日葵籽壳在不同升温速率和不同质量下的燃烧特性,利用燃烧特性曲线,得到向日葵籽壳的质量损失分为三个阶段:去除水分阶段,挥发份的析出与燃烧阶段和固定碳的燃烧与燃尽阶段。升温速率增大,使着火温度和燃尽温度升高,失重速率加快,放热峰向高温漂移;样品质量对失重和失重速率影响较小,样品的放热量随样品质量增加而增大。
By means of the thermogravimetry- differential thermal analyzer( TG- DTA),the experimental research of combustion characteristics of the sunflower seeds shell powder were conducted under different heating rate and different weight. By the combustion characteristic curves,the mass loss of sunflower seed shell was divided into three stages: the stage of the removal of water,the stage of the separation and combustion of the volatile component and the stage of the combustion and burnout of fixed carbon. With the increase of heating rate,the ignition temperature,burnout temperature and weight loss rate increased. The net drift of the exothermic peak is from low temperature to high temperature. The sample quality is relatively small impact on weight loss and weight loss rate,but the heat release increased with the increase of sample quality.
