论公权力的不当行使对政治认同的损害及其修复——基于社会公正视角的分析

On the Improper Exercise of Public Power for Political Identity and Its Repair——Based on Social Justice Perspectives of Analysis

社会公正作为人们孜孜以求的一种价值目标,它不仅是社会成员获得社会尊重感和群体归属感的基础,也是政治体系粘合社会成员、建构政治认同与获取政治合法性的重要资源。在我国改革开放的进程中,由公权力的不当行使而引发的社会不公表现得越来越为明显且已经成为消解政治认同、引发社会矛盾、刺激民众抗争和制造社会不稳定的威胁之一。因此,如何通过相关制度的建构与完善来规范公共权力的行使不仅成为实现社会公正和增强人们政治认同感的有效途径,而且也成为维护社会稳定、推动和谐社会建设与实现中国梦的重要保障。

With basic idea of eternal value and the basic norms of behavior in human society,Social justice is not only a value foundation that social member access to political sense of belonging and dignity,but also an important resources of construction political legitimacy,integration of social members and construction of political legitimacy. In the process of reform and opening up,all kinds of injustice,especially institutional injustice caused by improper exercise of public power has become a main potential threat which weakened political identity caused social contradiction,stimulated public opposition and manufactured of social unrest. Therefore,maintenance and realization of social justice is a main safeguard that not only to enhance the people political identity,and political legitimacy effective way,but also to maintain social stability and to promote the construction of comparatively well- off society.
