The integration of tourism industry and cultural industry was the inevitable trend and requirements of industrbd development. This paper presents the classic modes of integration development by analyzing the definition of the cultural industry and the correlations of culture and tourism. Taking yunnan province as a case, deep comparative analysis of gan- su province and yunnan province, finally, the article puts forward a suitable way to gansu province in the integration de velopment of tourism industry and cultural industry.
