摘要
饮食是人类生存的第一需要,也是人类生存方式的第一基础。由于各个民族成长于不同的自然空间与地理环境之中,所以创造了不同的饮食文化,最终形成了千姿百态的饮食体系与餐饮文明。在种种不同的饮食体系与餐饮文明中蕴涵着丰富的人文精神与民族性格,本文正是通过中西方饮食文化的对比来揭示二者各自的特点及其形成的原因。
Diet is the primary need for human survival, and it also the first foundation of human survival way. Because each nation grew up in different natural space and geographical environment, so they created the different diet culture, eventu- ally formed the various dietary system and catering culture. Rich humanistic spirit and national character is embedded in the variety of different diets system and catering culture. In this paper, it is through the comparison between Chinese and western food culture to reveal their respective characteristics and the cause of its formation.
