邻里关系的消解与重构——包头市北梁棚户区改造的社区发展视角

Digestion and Reconstruction of Neighborhoods——Community Development Perspective to the Renewal of Beiliang Shantytown in Baotou City

在城市棚户区改造语境下,构建和谐的邻里关系是居民对棚改新区适应与融合的关键性问题。北梁棚户区的搬迁改造政策使原有的邻里关系弱化,在地域空间与心理认同上出现非重合的社会现象,直至消解。本文基于社区发展视角,在分析旧邻里关系逐步消解的基础上,提出拓展棚改新区的社区公共空间与居民之间的社交网络,提供多方位社区参与和社区融入的平台,注重社区文化建设以及建立专业社会工作服务体系有利于棚改新区邻里关系的重构。

In the context of urban shantytowns renewal, building a harmonious relationship between neighborhood residents shed is the critical issues to adapt to new integration. Because of the relocation policy of Beiliang shantytown, the original neighborhood was weakening until digestion so that the social phenomenon of non-overlap in the geographical space and psychological identity. Based on community development perspective and the analysis of the gradual digestion of the old neighborhood, the author suggests that government should focus on community public space, social networking and com- munity cultural development, and proposes the establishment of a professional social work service system is conducive to the studio to change new neighborhood reconstruction.
