The construction of quality evaluation system for college graduates is one of the important measures to strengthen the higher education quality monitoring.The research of graduate quality evaluation index system in local medical colleges finds out the weak link of reform of higher education and employment guidance and service,realizes the interaction among talents training,social demand and employment,and better promotes the development of local medical and health work.
