来华留学生突发事件预防与干预处理机制的研究

Research on mechanism for prevention and intervention in emergency events among international students in China

随着越来越多的外国留学生来到我国高校学习,各类来华留学生突发事件的预防、控制和妥善处理日渐成为高校留学生管理工作中一个非常重要的方面,研究应对各类突发事件的预防与干预处理的机制显得尤为重要.本文详细阐述了来华留学生工作中各类突发事件的类型与诱因,提出了应对的预防应急机制、管理措施和处理模式,以期对高校的来华留学生管理工作起到一定的推动作用。

With an increasing number of international students coming to Chinese universities to study,the prevention,control and appropriate handle of different kinds of emergency events among them has gradually become an important aspect in the international student management.Thus,it seems to be especially important to research on the mechanism for prevention and intervention in different kinds of emergency events.This paper discusses in detail the types and causes of various emergency events in international students administration,and provides emergency mechanism,management measures and processing mode,attempting to promote the international students administration in Chinese universities.
