社会实践是学生在课程内外围绕专业开展的公益性实践活动.在社会实践过程中,能够加强学生对所学专业的了解,使学生尽早确定适合自己的职业和岗位,顺利向职场过渡,增强就业竞争力.本文阐述了职业道德的概念,根据医学生社会实践的特点,将医学高职高专院校医学生社会实践的发展趋势概括为社会化、专业化、多样化和课程化,突出医学生职业道德培养的重点内容,深入分析社会实践在医学生职业道德培养中的作用,以及取得的良好效果。

Social practice is the public welfare activities for students to do in their spare time.Through the process of the activities,students are able to know their major well,determine their career appropriate to themselves as early as possible,smooth transition to a workplace,and enhance employment competitive power.This paper expounds the concept of professional ethics and social practice,according to the characteristics of medical students ＇ social practice and the development trend of higher vocational medical students＇ social practice,which could be summarized as socialization,specialization,diversification,and course.It also highlights the main content of medical students＇ professional ethics training and in-depth analyzes the role of social practice in medical students＇ professional ethics training put into practice.Good results have been achieved.
