2012年河南省城乡居民中心性肥胖流行特征分析

Epidemiological characteristics of central obesity and waist circumference among residents of Henan Province in 2012

目的了解河南省居民中心性肥胖和腰围的现况及其分布特征,为河南省居民中心性肥胖防治提供科学依据。方法采用多阶段抽样方法,在全省60个调查点抽取15～74岁城乡居民常住人口进行调查,通过问卷调查获得个人资料,通过体格检查获得身高、体重和腰围。结果河南省15～74岁居民腰围均值为(81.50±11.23)cm。男性(83.81±11.47)cm,女性(79.61±10.67)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=25.736,P<0.001);城市(82.01±11.47)cm,农村(81.15±11.06)cm,差异有统计学意义(t=5.139,P<0.001)。腰围随年龄的增长而逐渐增加。中心性肥胖率为47.34%,标化患病率为48.50%。男女之间中心性肥胖率分别为46.59%和47.95%(χ2=3.451,P=0.063);城乡之间中心性肥胖率分别为49.20%和46.07%(χ2=17.663,P<0.01)。随着年龄的增长中心性肥胖率总体呈上升的趋势(P<0.001);随着文化程度的提高中心性肥胖率总体呈下降的趋势(P<0.001);随着BMI值的升高,中心性肥胖率迅速升高(P<0.001)。结论河南省中心性肥胖在人群中广泛流行,应积极开展有效的防控措施,降低居民中心性肥胖的发生。

Objective To study the epidemiological characteristics of central obesity and waist circumference （WC） in Henan Province, and provide evidence for the intervention in central obesity scientifically. Methods Through multistage sampling method, urban and rural residents aged 15 -74 years were selected in 60 street offices/villages and towns in the whole province. Personal information was obtained by questionnaires, height, weight and waist circumference were measured by physical examination. Results The average WC was （81.50± 11.23） cm. The average WC in male was （83.81± 11.47） cm while （79. 61 ±10. 67） cm in female （t =25. 736, P 〈0. 001 ）. The average of WC in urban area was （82.01±11.47） cm while （81.15 ±11.06） cm in rural area （t =5. 139, P〈0. 001）. The WC increased appreciably along with the age. The prevalence of central obesity in the population was 47.34% and the age standardized rate was 48. 50%. The prevalence of central obesity in male was 46. 59% while 47. 95% in female （x^2 =3. 451, P =0. 063）. The prevalence of central obesity in urban area was 49.20% while 46.07% in rural area （ x^2 = 17. 663, P 〈 0.01 ）. The prevalence of central obesity increased appreciably along with age （P 〈 0. 001 ）, appreciably decreased along with the degree of education （P 〈 0. 001 ）, sharply increased with BMI. Conclusion The prevalence of central obesity is high in Henan Province, so effective intervention should be actively carried out for the prevention and control of central obesity.
