摘要
目的评价健康教育干预措施的研究,探索有效的青少年心理健康发展的干预模式。由干预学校向更多中小学校推广。方法采用整群方法抽取安徽省蚌埠2所中学的七年级学生分别为干预组和对照组,对干预组进行为期1年的健康教育综合干预,通过2所学校干预前后进行评价。结果干预前干预组(45.0%)和对照组(35.5%)心理问题检出率经比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。干预后干预学校(19.2%)心理问题检出率低于干预前(45.0%)(P<0.01);对照学校(50.7%),心理问题检出率高于干预前(35.5%)(P<0.01);干预后干预组心理问题检出率(19.2%)低于干预后对照组(50.7%)(P<0.01)。干预组各项评价指标的得分在干预后均低于干预前(P<0.01),对照组除学习压力评价指标外,其他指标均显著高于干预前(P<0.01)。结论干预后学生心理健康状况得到明显改善,健康教育干预措施有显著效果。
Objective To observe the effect of health education on adolescents' mental health, exploring an ef- fective intervention mode of mental health. Methods Students at grade 7 of two schools in Bengbu City of Anhui Province were selected by a cluster sampling and assigned to a intervention group and a control group. Participants in the intervention group received comprehensive health education for a period of one year. The evaluation was made by analyzing effect of pre- and post intervention. Results The positive rate of mental problems in the intervention group and control group was 45.0% and 35.5% responsively before the intervention. And there were no significant differences in positive rate of mental problems between the both groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). After the intervention, we found significant group differences, 19. 2% participants with mental problems in the intervention group, and 50.7 % in the control group. Post intervention, the scores of all indexes significantly reduced compared with those of the pre-intervention in the intervention group (P 〈 0. 01 ). However, the in- crease in scores of evaluation indexes except for learning pressure existed in contrast with those of pre-intervention in the con- trol group (P 〈 0. 01 ). Conclusion the health education is conducive to improve the status of adolescents' mental health and effective.
