基于德尔菲法和层次分析法构建部队官兵心理健康教育核心内容体系

Establishment of core contents systemon psychological health education for officers and soldiers in People's Armed Police Forcesbased on Delphi method and analytic hierarchhy process

目的利用德尔菲法和层次分析法构建武警部队官兵心理健康教育的核心内容体系。方法通过理论分析、文献回顾和专家访谈等方法构建部队心理健康教育内容初稿。运用2轮德尔菲专家咨询明确部队官兵心理健康教育核心内容的维度和条目,应用层次分析法统计分析核心内容维度层及条目层的权重。结果经历2轮德尔菲专家咨询,选入专家48名,2轮问卷有效回收率分别为100%与95.83%,专家权威系数0.90,专家协调系数检验P<0.01,表明入选专家积极程度、权威程度及协调程度较高。2轮德尔菲专家咨询中专家共提出81条建议,研究小组采纳了72条。最终确定武警部队基层官兵的心理健康教育核心内容体系,包括3个维度9个条目33个专题。结论通过系统研究方法,初步研究构建较完备的、适用于武警部队官兵的心理健康教育核心内容体系。

Objective To build core content system of mental health education in People＇s Armed Police Force（ PAPF） using Delphi method and analytic hierarchhy process（ AHP）. Methods The draft core content system of mental health education in PAPF was constructbased ontheoretical analysis,literature review and expert interviews methods. Through two rounds of Delphi expert consultation,the dimension,items and indexes of core content system on mental health education in PAPF were identified. Weight of dimension layer and item layer of core contents were analyzed by AHP. Results After 2rounds of expert consultation,48 experts were elected,the effectiveness of two rounds of questionnaire were 100% and95. 83%,experts coefficient was 0. 90,experts coordination coefficient test P〈0. 01,which showed that active degree,degree of authority and coordination degree of selected experts were higher. In 2 rounds of Delphi expert consultation,a total of 81 suggestions were put forward,and the team adopted 72 items. Finally the core content system of mental health education in PAPF was defined,including three dimensions,9 indicators and 33 topics. Conclusion Through the systematic research methods,the core content and weight of mental health education in PAPF have been established which were completedand applied.
