论我国干旱地区经济增长与二氧化硫排量关系——以甘肃省为例

A Research on the Relation between the Economic Growth and Sulfur Dioxide Emissions in China's Arid Region based on Kuznets Curve——Taking Gansu Province as Example

环境库兹涅茨理论作为经济增长与环境污染研究的主流理论,在国内外关于经济增长与环境污染研究中占据重要地位。不同地区的经济发展与大气环境污染间的关系也不尽相同,干旱地区作为一个特殊的地区,它的环境污染与经济发展规律与其他沿海地区相比有一定的区别。选取干旱地区中具有代表性的甘肃省GDP和二氧化硫排放量数据,采用抛物线模型分析和检验,证明二氧化硫排放量和经济增长的环境库茨涅茨曲线是存在的。针对干旱地区环境和经济增长协调发展的对策主要是优化经济结构,加快产业升级转型;发展循环经济;优化能源结构;加强环境监督执法等。

As the mainstream theory of economic growth and environmental pollution research,environmental KuznetsCurve Theory occupies an important position in the study of economic growth and environmental pollution both at home andabroad. The relationship between different areas of economic development and environmental pollution were also different,Arid area is a special area,with its environmental pollution and economic development has certain difference compared withother coastal areas. Based on the statistical yearbook in Gansu Province,the economic development,and the atmosphericpollution of the environment of Gansu province in recent years,the paper make macroscopic analysis to reveal the change ofenvironmental Kuznets curve characteristics and its reason. Research results conform to the standard of environmentalKuznets Curve＂inverted U＂form. The purpose of this paper is to find out the laws between the pollution of the environmentand economic development,to seek coordinated development of economic growth and environmental protection,at the sametime to provide scientific basis for energy conservation,emissions reduction,economic development,energy strategies andpolicies in arid regions.
