白茶萎凋环境控制设备的测评与应用研究 被引量:4

摘要 为摆脱不良天气对白茶萎凋的影响,在萎凋室内同时配置电热风机、加湿机、空调、除湿机等设备,建立温湿度可控萎凋室,测试设备运行效果并运用于白茶萎凋。结果表明,萎凋室内温度在20~40℃,相对湿度在35%~100%范围内可任意控制,控制精度分别为温度±1℃,湿度±5%;设备运行30 min内可达到设定温湿度值,且运行平稳;萎凋室内控制温度25~30℃,湿度65%~75%,可获得较好的白茶品质,并能明显缩短白茶萎凋时间。 In order to avoid the influence of bad weather, an environmental control room, as on the temperature and humidity, was equipped with electrothermal blower, humidification machine, air conditioning and dehumidifier, and assessed for the application in the withering of white tea. The results showed that the indoor temperature at 20~40 ℃(±1℃) and RH at 35%~100%(±5%)could be regulated with freedom, and achieved the set points of devices within 30 min with a smooth running. When withering was performed under the condition of temperature 25~30 ℃ and humidity 65%~75%, the post-processing white tea possessed the preferable quality and its withering hours was markedly shortened.
