摘要
通过建立动物模型,以及观察活性炭在小肠中的状态和血清中内皮素、乙酰胆碱酯酶和血管活性肠肽水平,就巫山神茶水提物对昆明小鼠小肠蠕动的影响进行了评价.结果表明,血清中内皮素、血清乙酰胆碱酯酶和血管活性肠肽水平,以及活性炭肠道推进率随着巫山神茶水提物浓度的增加而增加,而活性炭小肠推进距离和首粒含活性炭黑便排出时间则随巫山神茶水提物浓度的增加而降低.由此认为,巫山神茶在一定程度上可促进小鼠小肠的蠕动.
An animal model was used to check the Wushan Shencha constipation preventive effects .This study were determined by the state of activated Carbonin the small intestine and the serum levels .High concentration of Wushan Shencha increased the levels of serum endothelin ( ET ) , acetylcholinesterase (AchE) and vasoactive intestinal peptide (VIP) compared to the low concentration.In this study, at the concentration of 1 000 mg/kg by gavage , Wushan Shencha showed the shortest first black stool defecation time and highest gastrointestinal transit .The results showed that Wushan Shencha had good small intes-tine peristalsis promotive effect .
