世情、国情、党情的深刻变化对中国共产党的建设提出了新的要求,中国共产党面临的执政考验、改革开放考验、市场经济考验和外部环境考验是长期的、复杂的和严峻的,落实党要管党、从严治党的任务比过去任何时候都更为繁重和紧迫。在全党抓反"四风"与以改革精神加强廉政建设的新形势下,中国共产党建设的关键一环就是切实提高共产党员的党性修养。

The profound international and national changes and the change within the party all challenge the construction of Chinese Communist Party in the new era. The ruling party faces a long-term, complex and serious test which include the test of reform and opening up, the market economy test, the test of the external environment. Thus the implementation of the party to manage the party strictly is more arduous and urgent than ever. Under the anti-＂ Four Winds＂ and the strengthening of reform and good governance in the new situation, it is very important for the Chinese Communist Party to improve the cultivation of the party members.
