城镇化进程中城郊失地农民市民化问题研究——以河南省为例

城镇化是社会发展的必然过程,城镇化的核心是人的市民化.目前在河南省新型城镇建设过程中,存在城郊失地农民市民化速度与城镇化速度不协调、城郊失地农民市民化的主体地位丧失、省内各地区的城镇化率差距过大、城郊失地农民不愿市民化等问题.研究河南省城镇化进程中城郊失地农民市民化问题,对推动河南省新型城镇建设,加快城镇化步伐,解决"三农"问题具有重要的现实意义.

Urbanization is the inevitable process of social development. The citizenship is the core of urbanization. Now in the process of new urban construction of Henan province there are many problems. The process of the peasant citizenship not consonant with that of the urbanization. The farmers that lost their land lost their dominant position. The urbanization rate in each region of the gap is too large, suburban farmers reluctant citizen. It is very important to study the peasant citizenship in the process of urbanization in Henan. It is helpful to promote Henan the new urban construction and to accelerate the pace of urbanization and solve the problems of agriculture, rural areas and farms. It has a great practical significance.
