针对工业级磷酸一铵产品在干燥过程中结块、尾气带出的粉末多等问题,对成因进行分析,提出解决方法。通过工艺控制和设备改造等手段,使得产品水分、尾气带出的粉末量、产品粒度大幅好转,稳定了生产,节省了设备投资。

For the problems occurred in the drying of industrial grade MAP products,such as caking and powder carryover by tailgas,the root cause,and proposes the solutions are analyzed. Through process control and equipment revamp measures,improvements are achieved for product moisture,volume of powder carried over by tailgas,and the particle size of product. It makes the operation stable,and also saves equipment cost.
