摘要
针对国内首次应用于钢铁球团行业的可再生胺法烟气脱硫技术在生产过程中存在的问题,预洗涤、SO2吸收、SO2解析各工序进行了节能、减排和降耗等一系列技术改造,使其排放的尾气浓度达到了新标准规定的大气污染物排放限值(﹤200 mg/m3)的要求,同时也提高了装置的开车率,节约了蒸汽消耗,减少了胺液消耗等,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。
For problems during the operation using flue gas desulfurization technology based on regenerative amine process which is first applied in the iron and steel pelletizing industry,a series of technical revamps are carried out for pre-scrubbing,SO2 absorption,SO2desorption sections in terms of energy saving,emission reduction and consumption reduction,so that the concentration of tailgas emission can reach the limits for atmospheric air pollutants that is specified in the new standard( < 200 mg / m3),and it also increases the plant's on-stream rate,saves steam consumption,and reduces consumption of amine solution,which has achieved excellent economic and social benefits.
