摘要
针对输煤系统除铁器的设置,在规范要求的基础上,以煤化工行业及小型煤发电站的原(燃)料输送系统为例,介绍了各级除铁器的设置和选型原则、主要分类、不同安装方式、特殊位置除铁器的设置等,并阐述了提高除铁器除铁效率的几点措施。
For the provision of iron remover in coal conveying system,based on code requirements,and by taking the example of feedstock( fuel) conveying system in coal chemical industry and small coal-based power plant,the principles for provision and selection of various grades of iron removers,main classification,different installation methods,provision of iron remover in special location,etc. is outlined,and some measures to improve the iron removal efficiency of various grades of iron removers are described.
